On Sunday, August 3, 2025, the Rotary Club of Trichy Kings successfully executed its "Say No to Plastic: Cloth Bag Distribution" initiative at the Kaveri River Side in Trichy. This significant event, held on the auspicious occasion of Aadi Perukku, aimed to promote environmental awareness and encourage the use of reusable alternatives to plastic.

A total of 1000 reusable yellow cloth bags were distributed to the public, symbolizing our commitment to a plastic-free environment and the protection of our natural resources. The event saw enthusiastic participation from the community, who welcomed the initiative with great appreciation.
